Warranty

We care about our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in excellent condition. However, it may happen that an item becomes damaged during transport or that something else occurs which entitles you to claim warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover or should reasonably have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Depending on the circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable.

If you contact us in time, we will ensure a free repair or replacement of the item.

Complaints

It may always happen that something does not go entirely as expected. We recommend that you first submit any complaints to us by emailing info@memomundi.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

For consumers within the EU, it is also possible to submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union’s platform.
